The only reason I gave this less than 4 stars, is because it shouldn't take 24 hrs to have the download available. I was surprised to find that I had to wait until the next day to be able to download the manual that I paid for.
The manual itself is the correct manual.

Making Calls
To redial the last number dialed
Press [SP-PHONE] or a line button, then press [REDIAL/PAUSE].
To put a call on hold
Press [HOLD] during a conversation.
� The line button flashes.
To return to the call, press the line button that is flashing.
� The handset users can also take the call by pressing the line soft key ( LINE1 ) or ( LINE2 ). � If another phone is connected on the same line (p. 12), you can also take the call by lifting its handset. � If a call is kept on hold for 6 minutes, an alarm tone will start to sound. After 4 additional minutes on hold the call will be disconnected.
How the line buttons indicate the line status
The line buttons indicate the status of each line as follows. Light off Light on Flashing Flashing rapidly The line is free. The line is being used. A call is on hold on the handset or base unit, or the Answering System is answering a call (p. 71). A call is being received.
