Having purchased a 1994 Kenwood music system from a Charity shop in 2013 (it was a high end product in its day), I found myself not quite knowing where to plug in what, and how to do this, that and the next thing. I needed a Manual, and after failure with another online 'Manual provider' I found Owner Manuals dot com. Well, I wasn't sure, but it was only $5, and if things didn't work out, I wouldn't have lost much... But things DID work out. After paying my childrens inheritance money, $4.99, I was sent a Manual for my Kenwood System very quickly. Alas, it was in German, and being Scottish, I could not read it or get my system in order from it...a rapid email to them brought the English Manual in short order, and my retro-system was and IS up and running in it's regulation settings. I am very grateful to http://www.owner-manuals.com for their quick service and for even having such an obsolete Manual in the first place! If you need a Manual for ANYTHING, try here first. Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.
 G-9000 SANSUI Owner's Manual by Laurence White;
Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

To stop play Press [L/c STOP/EJECT]. (Unit is switched off.) To pause To rewind/ fast-forward Press [J PAUSE] during playback. To resume, press [J PAUSE]. Press [) REW/REV] (to rewind) or [( FF/CUE] (to fast-forward) in the stop mode.

To find a particular Press [) REW/REV] (to search backward) or spot [( FF/CUE] (to search forward) during playback. Play is resumed when the button is released.

Press [L/c STOP/EJECT] to open the deck and load a cassette.
Close deck by hand. Side to be played facing you

Press [/ PLAY] to start play.
Unit comes on and play starts.

Recording
You can record radio broadcasts or CDs. Before recording • This unit is suitable for recording normal tapes, but it cannot record onto high and metal position tapes to their full potential and prior recordings will not be erased correctly. • The recording level is set automatically. • Take up the leader tape before proceeding.

Recording starts (one side only). The CD also starts playing if in CD mode. To stop recording Press [L/c STOP/EJECT]. (The CD does not stop.) To stop recording temporarily Press [J PAUSE]. (The CD does not stop.) Press once again to resume recording. To record on the other side of the cassette Turn the cassette over and press [[ ]. If the CD finishes before the cassette Recording continues. Press [L/c STOP/EJECT] to stop it. If the cassette finishes before the CD The CD continues playing. Press [L] to stop it. Erasure prevention Use a screwdriver or similar object to break out the tab. Side A

To re-record on a protected cassette Cover the hole with adhesive tape. To erase a tape Adhesive tape 1. Set [ ] to “TAPE/ ”. 2. Insert the cassette with the side to be erased facing towards you and the exposed tape facing up. 3. Press [[ ]. [/ PLAY] is depressed at the same time. Note Noise may be recorded if this unit is near a TV. Keep the units at least 1.5 meters apart. Changes to volume and sound quality do not affect recording. To prevent interruptions to recording, supply AC power to the unit or replace the batteries. Your attention is drawn to the fact that recording pre-recorded tapes or discs or other published or broadcast material may infringe copyright laws.

Select the source to be recorded.
When recording radio broadcasts Tune in the station. (Do steps 1–4 of “Normal tuning” on page 3.) When recording CDs Insert the CD to be recorded. (Do steps 1–3 of “Normal play” on page 4.) If you want to record programmed tracks, program desired tracks before proceeding to step 3.

Stop tape to turn the unit off by pressing [L/c STOP/EJECT] when leaving the unit. • Do not press [/ PLAY] when rewinding or fast-forwarding, as this may jam the tape. Be sure to press [L/c STOP/EJECT] before the next operation. Full auto-stop The automatic stop system will release the buttons when the tape reaches the end during play, recording, fast forwarding or rewinding.
